The terms that apply to your use of this website. Last reviewed: September 2026.
These terms govern your use of this website. SOOS UK is operated by SOOS Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [to be completed]). Clinical services are provided by our partner clinic, a separate CQC-registered provider; when you sign up through the portal, the partner clinic's own patient terms also apply to your care.
This service is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over. By continuing to the partner portal you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a recommendation, or an advertisement for any medicine. Cannabis-based products for medicinal use are prescription-only medicines in the UK: they can only be supplied against a prescription issued by a registered specialist doctor, and only where that doctor considers them clinically appropriate. No medication is named, priced or offered for sale on this website.
Outcome descriptions describe how the service works, not results you are guaranteed to receive. Medical cannabis is not suitable for everyone, and no particular outcome is promised.
This service does not provide emergency, urgent or out-of-hours care. If you need urgent medical help, call 999, call NHS 111, or attend your nearest accident and emergency department.
The sign-up portal is operated by our partner clinic. When you use it, you leave this website's environment: the partner clinic's privacy policy and patient terms govern the sign-up process, your medical questionnaire, your consultation and any prescription. SOOS UK is not party to that clinical relationship.
Complaints about this website: contact [complaints contact email]. Complaints about your clinical care are handled under the partner clinic's complaints procedure, and you may also raise concerns with the Care Quality Commission (cqc.org.uk) or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
